Tuna Chickpeas Salad customised for an absolutely healthy treat.
Tuna salad is a light and fresh comfort food classic. It’s amazingly healthy with high protein and low calorie , low carb with tons of ideas to mix-in.
I have skipped mayonnaise which is often used to make a classic tuna salad. Instead you can use Greek yoghurt for that creamy texture. This healthy tuna salad recipe is made with no mayo, but it’s still full of flavor. I have customised accordingly as Mayo adds up to the calorie of the healthy tuna salad😂😂
I keep sprouted chickpeas in the freeze for ready use. I haven’t used Yoghurt for making this Salad, neither I have used any dressing which will only increase the calorie intake . However, it’s absolutely delicious.
I am a bit apprehensive to have raw tuna, that’s why cooked the ingredients a bit in extra Virgin olive oil.

Ingredients used:
1.Canned Tuna
