Healthy Treat with Baked Salmon and Chick Peas Salad



Loving my healthy baked Salmon and Chick peas salad with steamed carrots and cucumber😋😋

Marinated Salmon with lemon juice, black pepper, salt to taste and dry mixed herbs and baked in the oven using olive oil. Garnished with some spring onion.


For Chickpeas salad, I have used chopped onion and tomato, green chilli, lemon juice, chat masala and black salt. Very tasty and healthy.


Try your Sprouted Chick Peas Salad😋



Rinse Chick peas/ Chana and soak in water overnight in a wide mouth container/ glass jar with 2-3 inches of water and cover with a cloth bound by a rubber band .



After 24hrs, drain out water and keep in a strainer for 1-1.5 days. Rinse after every 8-10hrs .When sprout is grown , rinse again, mix with chopped onion, green chilli, lemon juice, chat masala, black salt to taste.

Now enjoy the healthy and tasty salad.
